A nice dark blue not too bright with white trim. Black dark gray or brown shingles work with a red clapboard country home and can top red brick attractively. Use rich exterior house paint colors with a touch of sheen to give your home been around awhile character. I d prefer the gray brown side shingle exterior under peak roof lines to be a natural wood stain but otherwise looks great.

The color scheme blue grey siding cherry wood door and roof underside and varied shades of tan and blue stone is complimented by the crisp contrasting black accents of the thin round metal columns railing window sashes and the roof fascia board and gutters. The spicy red highlights the roof peak outlines windows accents the front door and defines the porch trim.
